外文摘要：The reference rooms are a part of information system of books and reference materials in colleges and universities.They focus on collecting and sorting out the special data for teaching and scientific research.They also provide materials' information and service.They are subsidiary academic agencies with academic and serving characteristics.Because the reference rooms attach to the departments or colleges,the reference staff knows the teaching plan,courses,the teachers' teaching schedule, researching topics,and their professional knowledge,they can provide a service in accordance with the above-mentioned situations.
