中文摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,各种社会关系也在发生深刻变化,突出表现在劳动关系的日益复杂和紧张。作为调整劳动关系,尤其是调整集体劳动关系的工会制度,已不能完全适应时代的发展。针对其存在的问题,找出完善的办法,是建立和谐劳动关系的必由之路。

外文摘要：Along with the rapid development of socialist market economy, social relations are changed deeply, especially labor relations. As the adjuster of labor relations, especially collective labor relations, trade union system of China can not meet with the development of the times. In order to build up harmonious labor relations, we should find out the approaches and solutions.
