中文摘要：智能化趋势在当今中国正在快速推进,智能制造也成为我国制造业转型升级的主要方向,这一趋势对一线技术工人提出了新的要求,也赋予了工匠精神新的内涵。本研究通过对近百位优秀工匠和劳模的资料分析、问卷调查以及个人深度访谈和24人的行为事件访谈等质性研究方式,构建了包括匠心、匠艺、匠品三个维度和40个具体要素在内的工匠精神的新结构体系。该体系体现了中国特色与智能时代的特定需要,基于绩优者胜任力模型理论,以系统化、全面化、科学化为原则,整合、叠加多角度、多层次汇集的关键要素,形成的工匠精神內涵体系适合多类别组织。研究结果对工匠精神这一主题的进一步深度挖掘和实践应用有积极意义。

外文摘要：The trend of intelligence is spreading rapidly in China today, and intelligent manufacturing has become the main direction of the transformation and upgrading of our manufacturing industry. This trend puts forward new requirements for frontline technical workers and new expectations for the spiritual connotation of artisans. Through the data analysis, questionnaire survey, personal depth interview and behavioral event interview of 24 people, this paper analyzes the data of nearly 100 outstanding artisans and model workers. Constructs a new structure system of artisan spirit including three dimensions of artisan, artisan, artisan and 40 specific elements. This system embodies the specific needs of Chinese characteristics and the intelligent age. Based on the theory of competency model of outstanding performers, and on the principle of systematization, comprehensiveness and scientificalization, it integrates, superimposes the key elements of multi-angle and multi-level convergence. The connotation system of craftsman spirit is suitable for multi-category organizations. The research results have positive significance for further deep excavation and practical application of artisan spirit.
