外文摘要：The Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law has made some changes of the system of labor dispute settlement in China. Compared with the system of labor dispute settlement of other countries, the system in China still has a good many problems in consultation, mediation, arbitration and its join with lawsuit and other factors. It needs to be improved further.
