外文摘要:A demonstration effect of modern HRM (human resource management) should be obviously increased in the face of serious international market competition. The trade unions should earnestly study how to use HRM methods and try to effectively transform knowledge and technology of HRM into one of important means of consulting industrial relations in enterprises and safeguarding the workers' rights and interests of labor economy.
