中文摘要：我国改革开放初期确立的经济建设工作重心,对我国工会思想政治工作提出了新要求,即思想政治工作和经济手段相结合,体现"管理"属性。企业文化管理理论的产生为适应这种新要求提供了有效途径。20世纪90年代我国明确提出以企业文化建设推动我国工会思想政治工作创新,取得初步成效。进入21世纪,企业文化建设推动我国工会思想政治工作创新逐步走向深入,积累了大量丰富而具体的经验。

外文摘要：Trade union＇s ideological and theoretical work cannot be divorced from current demands of economic construction in China.The ideological and theoretical work must be combined with economic measures and embodied the nature of ＂management＂.In the 1990s,we put forwards that to enhance the innovation of trade union＇s ideological and political work through the construction of corporate culture.Since we entered the 21st century,preliminary achievements were made in the corporate culture construction and we have gained rich experiences.
