中文摘要:为了促进教学管理,提高教师的教学水平和学校的教学质量,目前国内大部分高校都推行专家听课制度,但尚未形成一种获得普遍认可并广泛推行的模式。结合中国劳动关系学院实际对专家听课制度问题进行梳理,并提出一些改进建议。
外文摘要:Inviting experts to attending lectures have been introduced to many high schools, in order to promoting teaching management, improving teaching level of teachers and teaching quality of schools, but hasn’t come into a system which has been widely accepted and extensively used. The author attempts to analysis it combining to the practice and give some suggestion.
