外文摘要：To promote migrant workers＇ integration into city and realizing their ＂city dream＂, it is the way of building up harmo- nious society. The governments at all levels and social organizations should provide legal, cultural and psychological guidance and assistance for the new generation of migrant workers, and create more employment opportunities for them. At the same time, the problems of equal pay for equal work, social security, housing and others of migrant workers should be paid attention.
