中文摘要：创新工会维权机制,最大限度地维护职工合法权益是中国工会的基本职责所在,也是当前工会协调劳动关系的现实需求。为此,创新工会维权机制成为各级工会组织破解维权困境的根本路径之一。构建工会维权创新机制涉及的因素较多,有必要界定创新工会维权机制的基本原则、内容框架与检验标准。基于对金融危机的现实感受与理性思考,创新工会维权机制成为中国工会的应然选择。

外文摘要：To innovate upon the mechanism of labor rights protection is the basic responsibility of China＇s trade unions and the demand of coordinating labor relations.Therefore,in order to resolve the problems of trade union work,trade unions must innovate upon the mechanism of labor rights protection of trade unions,give a definition of the basic principle,concept frame and inspection standards of the mechanism of labor rights protection.
