中文摘要：本文利用《北京市统计年鉴》等相关数据,系统分析了北京市就业的产业结构、就业的所有制结构、就业的城乡结构和各功能区的就业结构的演变及其动因。本文的主要结论是:北京市就业结构的调整与产业结构的调整存在明显偏离;非公有制经济成为解决就业问题的重要渠道;城镇化的快速发展并没有完全与非农就业相联系;城市功能区的产业布局需要和劳动力城区调整相协调;人力资本优势是北京市就业结构提升的助推器。

外文摘要：Based on the background of the rapid economic development,changes in economic structure,repositioning of regional development,using the data of Beijing Statistical Yearbook,the paper analyzes the evolution processes of the industrial structure,the ownership structure,the urban and rural structure of employment,and the cause of the evolution processes of employment of urban functional areas.The main conclusions are as follows： there is significant deviation between employment structure and industrial structure;non-public sector is the important channel for solving the employment problem;the rapid development of urbanization doesn＇t completely contact with non-agricultural employment;industrial distributions of urban functional areas need to coordinate with labor distributions;human capital advantage is the booster of promotion of employment structure of Beijing.
