中文摘要:新时代对职业院校劳动教育提出了新的要求。目前职业院校的劳动教育主要体现在顶岗实习中,普遍没有开设劳动教育通识课,缺乏劳动教育专任教师,需要在国家政策的倡导下,兼顾行业发展需求,加强对劳动价值观、劳动知识与技能、劳动实践等方面的教育。为使劳动教育落地生根并产生实效,职业院校需要设立专门的劳动教育机构、开设劳动教育通识课程、建立健全劳动教育师资队伍、升级打造劳动教育实践基地、建立并完善劳动教育评价体系。
外文摘要:The new era puts forward new requirements for labor education in vocational colleges.At present,the labor education of vocational colleges mainly embodies in internships,and there are no general labor education courses and no full-time labor educa?tion teachers.It is necessary to comply with the needs of industry development under national policy advocacy and strengthen the ed?ucation of labor values,labor knowledge,labor skills,and labor practice and other aspects.In order to make labor education ground root and produce actual effect,vocational colleges need to set up special labor education institutions,provide labor education general courses,build labor education teachers team,upgrade labor education practice bases,and establish and improve labor education eval?uation systems.
