中文摘要：马克思认为,发生在资本主义劳动过程中的控制与反控制、剥削与反剥削的斗争,势必发展成为两大敌对的阶级即资产阶级和无产阶级之间的斗争。可是,具体的历史过程是复杂多样的。本文试图述评有关学者从劳动过程的角度对这个问题的研究,主要述评布雷弗曼、弗来德曼、埃德沃兹和布洛维等学者关于管理控制与工人抗争的理论观点。

外文摘要：Why did not the proletariat engage in the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism as Marx anticipated This paper is a review of explaining why Marx's anticipations were not fulfilled from the perspective of the labour process theory. It mainly reviews H. Braverman, A. L. Friedman, R. Edwards and M. Burawoy's views of managerial control and worker resistance within the capitalist labour process. It also addresses the heuristic implications of the research on Chinese labor-capital relations.
