中文摘要：劳动是人类基本的实践活动和存在方式,是人类创造物质财富和精神财富的基本途径,也是人类生存和发展的最基本条件。培育深厚的劳动情怀、树立正确的劳动价值观对当代大学生培育践行社会主义核心价值观、实现青春梦想、形成正确的就业创业观、提升抗挫折能力、培养社会责任感具有重要意义。但由于受到来自家庭、学校、社会和传统文化的一些消极影响,在高校一些大学生中还存在缺乏基本劳动习惯、轻视体力劳动、劳动态度不够端正、就业创业脱离实际等劳动情怀淡薄的现象。因此,应从劳动教育、社会实践、创新教育、榜样引领、日常干预等方面强化大学生的劳动情怀培育,以实现高校立德树人的育人目标。

外文摘要：Labor is the basic way of practice condition for human survival and development. and existence of human beings. It is also the bamc It is of great significance for the contemporary col- lege students to practice the socialist core values, to form a correct concept of employment and entrepreneurship, and to cultivate the sense of social responsibility. However, due to the negative effects from family, school, society and traditional culture, some college students still lack the basic work habits and look down upon physical labor, as well as getting employed or self-em- ployed in a manner of divorcing from reality. Therefore, we should strengthen the cultivation of college students＇ sense of labor from many aspects such as labor education, social practice, inno- vative education, example leading and daily intervention.
