中文摘要：从英文释义、起源发端、课程开发、教学评价、教学实施五个方面进行分析可以发现,能力本位职业教育中的能力应理解为技能①。以此为基础,能力本位职业教育应该承认,要解决的主要问题是适用性问题,即这种职业教育思想及模式的产生,主要是为了解决如何培养受教育者实际操作能力的问题。

外文摘要：Tne article analysed Competence- based Vocational Education （CBVE） from five aspects： English paraphrase, original inchoation, curriculum development, teaching evaluation and teaching implement. The author expounds that the competence of CBVE should be understood skill. So, the resolution of CBVE is adaptability issue, i.e. the thought of this kind of vocational education and model. CBVE mainly settle the issue that how to train actual operational skill of those educated.
