中文摘要：新时期农民工阶层的地位保障和提升问题尤显突出。阶层地位的评价分析涉及政治地位、社会经济地位和自我评价等不同维度。目前农民工的政治地位体现为一种国家意志,实际政治权利仍有待提高,社会经济地位处于较低层次,同时对应着较低社会地位的自我评价。农民工的阶层地位还呈现明显的结构差异和群体差异。应对新的社会矛盾,推进经济结构转型升级,需要国家和社会各界关注农民工阶层,从民主参与、权益保护、素质提升、公共服务和社会舆论等多个维度提升其阶层地位。

外文摘要：The issue to guarantee and promote the status of the migrant worker class in the new era is particularly prominent.The class status may be analyzed from three dimensions in the relation of political status,social economic status and self-evaluation of social status.In fact,the political status of migrant workers reflects the state will,but their political rights still need to be improved.Their social economic status is at a lower level,and their self-evaluation of social status is relatively low.According to relevant data,there are structural difference and group difference in the class status of migrant workers.To respond to new social contradictions and promote the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure,the state and various social communities must pay attention to migrant workers,and improve their class status from the multiple aspects of democratic participation,rights protection,quality improvement,public services,and public opinion.
