外文摘要：The system of labor dispute mediation is an important part of the system of labor dispute settlement. It plays a very important role of coordinating labor relations. Although the Law on Labor Disputes Mediation and Arbitration has made progress of establishing the system of labor dispute mediation, but in general, the system has not carried it＇s legislation point of stressing on mediation.
