中文摘要:习近平关于劳动的重要论述具有强烈的现实针对性,彰显了"尊重劳动者"的人本关怀,指出了"实干兴邦"的现实路径,明确了"创造伟大"的发展动力,为新时代高校劳动教育注入了新内涵:在形成正确劳动价值观中,要让"劳动最光荣、劳动最崇高、劳动最伟大、劳动最美丽"的观念深入人心;在培育积极劳动态度中,要格外强化辛勤劳动的意识与态度;在培养优良劳动品德中,要强化诚实劳动、人本关怀、家国情怀;在掌握必备劳动知识技能中,要加强劳动科学知识的教学,为大学生劳动素养的全面提升打好基础。新时代加强高校劳动教育必须深刻理解和把握劳动教育在社会主义建设者和接班人培养中的基础作用、德智体美劳的辩证关系、新时代劳动教育的崭新意蕴以及高校劳动教育与中小学劳动教育的区别与联系。

外文摘要:Xi Jinping's important exposition on labor has strong realistic pertinence, which highlighting the humanistic care of "respecting the laborers", pointing out the realistic path of "realizing the country" and clarifying the development momentum of "creating greatness". These characters inject new connotations into labor education in colleges and universities in the new era, including: the idea of "labor is the most glorious, labor is the most noble, labor is the greatest, labor is the most beautiful" must be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people; the consciousness and attitude of hard work must be especially strengthened; honest labor, human care and the feelings of home and country must be strengthened as important labor qualities; labor science knowledge should be learned in order to lay a solid foundation for the overall improvement of college students' labor literacy. These four principles must be deeply understand and correctly grasp in strengthening the labor education in colleges and universities, including: the basic role of labor education in the training of socialist builders and successors, the dialectical relationship between moral education, intellectual education, physical education,aesthetic education and labor education, the new meaning of labor education in the new era, and the difference and connection in labor education between universities and primary or secondary schools.
