中文摘要：金融危机对中国正在推行的体面劳动带来较大冲击,主要体现为失业率上升和劳动收入下降,青年成为遭受冲击最大的群体。尽管在金融危机情况下,就业数量成为首要政策目标,但不能忽视就业质量。就业数量与就业质量并重是体面劳动的实质追求。

外文摘要：The international financial crisis has impacted on the Decent Work of China.It is mainly reflected in increased unemployment and declined labor income.The youth has become the group which has been impacted the most seriously.Despite the number of jobs is the primary policy objective under the financial crisis,but we can not ignore the quality of employment.To pay the same attention to both the quality and the quantity of employment is the essence of the pursuit of Decent Work.
