中文摘要：中国于2001年加入世界贸易组织,标志着中国的市场化规模已从国内扩展至全球,市场化程度大大加深。由此对劳动关系产生了双重影响。一方面,国内经济结构和产业结构的调整,客观上要求对生产资料和劳动力进行重新调整,劳动关系变动更加剧烈。另一方面,进入中国的外资和外商日益增多,产生的涉外劳动关系对中国的劳动关系深远影响,客观上要求中国劳动关系的调整机制符合国际劳动力市场运行的"游戏规则"和公认的国际劳工标准。所以,全球化对进一步完善中国劳动关系的调整路径提出了要求。

外文摘要：With China＇s accession to the World .Trade Organization in 2001, there is general adoption of the market principle in China. Marketization imposed great impacts on labor relations. On one hand, the economic and industrial restructuring resulted in the restructuring of production means and labor force and the change of labor relations. On the other hand, foreign related labor relations in increasing foreign invested enterprises demand the change of adjusting path of labor relations, such as the ＂game rules＂ which have been adopted in international labor market and international labor standards.
