中文摘要：中国工运学者口述历史资源作为特色文献资源建设的重要组成部分,其价值表现为:积极地充实中国工运史史料,充分地展现个人记忆的历史价值,有效地促进阅读推广。口述历史是图书馆的一种特色资源。文章以中国工运学者口述历史项目为例,介绍口述历史资源建设的前期准备、口述历史资源的创造、口述历史资源的整理、口述历史资源的开发利用等建设过程。

外文摘要：As an important part of the construction of literature resources, the oral historical resources from scholars of Chinese Labor Movement manifest their value as follows. First of all, the historical resources of the Chinese Labor Movement become more completed;secondly, the historical value of individual memories manifests itself;and thirdly, reading promotion can be greatly facilitated. Oral history applied to the library is a characteristic resource in itself. Taking the project of collecting oral resources from scholars of Chinese Labor Movement, this paper introduces the construction of oral history resources, including the preliminary preparation, the collection of oral history resources, the arrangement of oral history resources, and the exploitation and utilization of oral history resources.
