中文摘要：国有企业改革导致企业产权结构和生产经营管理模式发生变化,这对企业工会工作造成了一定影响。改制后工会工作的内容在增加,工作重要性在增强,职工迫切需要工会加强维权力度,但工会实际发挥的作用与职工群众的要求还有一定差距。工会地位的提高,既有赖于工会工作者的辛勤工作,更有赖于中国政治、经济改革的总体发展水平。

外文摘要：The reform of property rights structure and model of management model in SOEs make a notable impact on trade unionwork in enterprises. The tasks of work are increasing while the workers wish trade unions playing more important role in safeguarding their rights. However, there still is distance between reality and wishes of workers. The promotion of status of trade unions depends on general level of political and economic reform as well as hard work of trade unionists. 
